• Clinical Nutrition: Access to this Website or free resources does not constitute a practitioner-client relationship. A formal professional relationship is only established upon the execution of a separate, written Service Agreement and receipt of payment for 1:1 Clinical Coaching.

• Peer-to-Peer Coaching (The Forge): Participation in "The Forge" or any Peer-to-Peer Coaching programs is for shared personal insights and community support only. These interactions are not a substitute for professional therapy, psychological counseling, or medical intervention.

3. Scope of Information & Disclaimers

• General Content: Information on this Website is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a registered medical practitioner before implementing any nutritional or exercise changes.

• Peer-to-Peer Model: The Company acts as a facilitator for Peer-to-Peer Coaching. We do not vet or guarantee the accuracy of advice or insights shared by community members. You apply any peer insights at your own risk.

4. Service Availability & Digital Platforms

• 1:1 Coaching: Service duration and access are strictly governed by your individual Clinical Coaching Agreement.

• The Forge/Community: Access is provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle following a cancellation notice.

• Third-Party Liability: The Company is not liable for technical downtime or data loss caused by third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Stripe).

5. Intellectual Property All content, including proprietary frameworks and "The Forge" materials, is the property of the Company. You are granted a limited license for personal use. You are strictly prohibited from "scraping" data or using our content for commercial redistribution or AI training without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
